RTO DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMER :

Incase of an incorrect phone number, address or pincode, the order could be returned back to origin. In such cases, the customer will have to bear the re-shipping charges mentioned on the chart below, after which the order will be dispatched again. Note: We have no cancellation or refund policy.

  • Changed mind: If the item is just not your style or does not fit you (but the size is as per what is mentioned on the website), we, unfortunately, do not accept the request
  • Product quality issue: If you do not like the quality of fabric or stitching (but you have received the same request

UNBOXING RULES FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Read carefully for missing, damaged, or wrong products delivered.

Unboxing video should start with
(a) all 4 sides view
(b) top & bottom view
(c) then full unboxing. It must be a single video NO PAUSE NO CUT

Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package

Close-up of unboxing video not accepted

After unboxing, the product is to be opened and the damage or number of items is to be clearly shown in the video

Video to be submitted within 72 hours

Only genuine issues will be entertained

RETURN REFUND POLICY:
We do not have an open return refund policy, however, under the following circumstances, we do provide return refunds.

  • Product unavailable or out of stock
  • We shipped the wrong size/defective product/product got lost in transit and your desired size is currently unavailable with us for exchange, in such cases we will issue a return refund
  • Refunds will be done within 7 working days

PROCESS TO EXCHANGE

If you received a DEFECTIVE/ WRONG PRODUCT, you may return your purchase for an exchange within 72 hours of order delivery.

To make a return, share the Proper Unboxing Video of the order on

and please make sure to include the reason for your exchange.

Make sure to open the packet after showing the shipping label in the video and unbox it in front of the camera and there should be no pauses in between

Your exchange order will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of pickup. If the product for the exchange order is out of stock, a refund will be issued
after receiving your parcel. Please allow 7 working days to process the refund.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags. NO EXCHANGE/REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR
PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A USED CONDITION.

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR

Stylish Wodrobe reserves the right to cancel any order if found inappropriate or fraudulent. Also, in such cases order will be cancelled without any refund.

Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to unethical transactions, moral misconduct, and using abusive words, within the Stylish Wodrobe community.
