These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.

General Terms

Dispatch of the order(s) is subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your product(s) at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will dispatch the available product(s) to you. The remaining product(s) if any will be dispatched once the product(s) are available in our warehouse for dispatch.

Shipping Costs for Prepaid Orders

  • Shipping charges are pre-calculated during checkout based on the order. 
  • Free shipping on cart value on or above ₹990/-
  • Shipping charges ₹99/- applicable for cart value below ₹990/-

For Cash on Delivery, an additional fee of 120/- above the cart value will be applicable as COD charges

Dispatch/Delivery Terms

Dispatch Time

We process and dispatch prepaid orders within 1-3 business days and COD orders within 3-5 business days after the confirmation call.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours except on festivals and national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Delivery Time

Your order will get delivered within 3 to 7 business days once the order is dispatched depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on the accessibility of your location.

Change of Delivery Address
For any change in delivery address, kindly email us at support@stylishwodrobe.com along with your Order ID and new shipping address. We would only be able to change the address at any time before the order is dispatched. No change in address can be made once the order is picked up by our courier partner for shipping to your location.

Dispatch/Delivery Time Exceeded

If the dispatch/delivery time frame has exceeded the forecasted time, please send us an e-mail at support@stylishwodrobe.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking update on the registered email ID from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by our courier partner.
Please allow 24 hrs for the tracking details to be updated by our courier partner once the order is picked up for shipping.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Marked Delivered but Not Delivered

Under any instance, if the order has been marked delivered by our courier partner and has not been delivered, the issue has to be raised within 24 hrs with us by sending us an e-mail at support@stylishwodrobe.com. We will accordingly get in touch with our courier partner and resolve the issue at the earliest possible.

    COD SHIPPING POLICY

    As part of our commitment to offering multiple payment options, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with Cash on Delivery, the additional charges involved and the importance of confirming your order through WhatsApp/Call.

    Additional Charges

    For all Cash on Delivery orders, we charge an additional amount of ₹120/-. This extra fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing the COD service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to continue offering this payment option to our valued customers.

    Confirmation through WhatsApp/Call

      If you choose to place an order through Cash on Delivery, we kindly request you to confirm your order once again through WhatsApp/Call. Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a message on WhatsApp or Call on your registered number from our dedicated team. To ensure the smooth processing of your order, we kindly ask you to reply to this message or Call to confirm your order. Your prompt response will help us process your order efficiently and without any delays. If we do not receive any response from your end the order will automatically get canceled. 

      Challenges with Cash on Delivery

      Cash on Delivery provides a convenient way to pay for your order, but it also comes with certain challenges. One of the main challenges is the occurrence of fake orders, which negatively impacts our business operations. Additionally, incorrect addresses and delivery details provided during the order placement process can lead to delays or unsuccessful deliveries. We kindly request all our customers to provide accurate and genuine address and delivery information to avoid any inconvenience.

      Online Payment Advantages

      RETURN TO ORIGIN/SHIPPER (RTO/RTS) DUE TO INCORRECT INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMER
    1. In case of an incorrect phone number, address, or pincode, the order could be returned to its origin. In such cases, the customer will have to bear the re-shipping charges 149/-.
    2. Note: We have no cancellation or refund policy in this case.

    3. Attention: Be aware of scams 

      • ₹5 - ₹10 scams- Please do not entertain any calls asking you to reactivate your parcel by paying a small amount of ₹5-10
      • Do not click on any link shared by anyone 
      • Do not share any OTP with anyone apart from the delivery guy standing at your doorstep
