RETURN - REFUND POLICY
In case, you do not wish to exchange the product, you can opt for a Refund as Store credit in the exchange center. However, the store credit will be valid for 365 days and can be extended upon request.
What is a Store Credit?
Store Credit is simply a gift card that is provided to you from us. You can use the full- amount of your store credit upon any purchase from our website.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders that are paid/prepaid cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched from our end.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
